Topic 1 concerns a new non-profit group called the Plain View Project. It was created by lawyers who want more police accountability. They are stalking law enforcement officers and keeping records of their online behavior in a publicized database. This group has identified thousands of Facebook posts and comments by active and former LEOs and is responsible for initiating numerous internal affairs investigations at agencies across the country.
