One of the bullets ricocheted and killed 17-year-old Armando Garcia-Muro and another fragmented into one of the deputies. Garcia-Muro’s mother, Roberta Alcantar, is referenced in the story and Captain Christopher Bergner is quoted.


Topic 3 concerns a video of burglar Mark Thompson in someone’s home when confronted at gunpoint by the homeowner and neighbors.
