Topic 2 concerns the U.S. Justice Department deciding to not file criminal civil rights charges against four Wilmington (Delaware) Police officers who fatally shot black male Jeremy McDole while armed in his wheel chair. Attorney Thomas Neuberger was quoted in the story.
